Occupational Risk Prevention

Promoting a positive preventive culture is key to achieving levels of health and safety in the company that allow for good results in terms of accidents and occupational diseases, sustained over time. To do this, we need to know the current situation of the organization. The Nordic Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50) helps us understand the preventive climate and estimate the preventive culture of the people who make up the company. Its objective is to know some essential aspects about preventive culture and climate. This questionnaire serves to collect the opinion, attitude and perception of company members at specific times, which allows establishing criteria for intervention and management of changes that effectively improve safety.

Safety climate tests

In this way, the future behavior of the people evaluated can be predicted, which in predictive terms serves to have potential points of improvement. The instrument takes between 10 to 15 minutes to be answered by officials online, suggesting that it be applied on a census basis, that is, to all employees. 3 open questions were added to identify unsafe conditions, incident reporting and improvement suggestions processed through artificial intelligence to achieve immediate complementary results.
