Inventory of Violence and Psychological Harassment at work - IVAPT-PANDO

It measures the presence and intensity of violence and its various manifestations in the workplace, promoting a safe and respectful work environment. An anonymous complaint channel is opened, as well as suggestions for improvement for a respectful work environment.

Sexual Harassment Questionnaire - HOSEL

Diagnoses the presence of sexual harassment in the work environment, promoting a culture of respect and equality. The HOSEL inventory is used to report sexual harassment, complemented by an anonymous reporting channel to identify risks and specific cases, to act immediately to control them.
