Prevention of fraud and employee theft.
ScanEthics consists of an online questionnaire to identify seven factors associated with organizational ethical strength in private companies. It also includes open questions that operate as a reporting channel for specific situations or events of fraud or employee theft, which are processed through artificial intelligence, providing of immediate reports of the results obtained. It is a necessary diagnostic tool to monitor incipient situations of fraud or employee theft, in order to act immediately to stop its growth within the institutions. The instrument takes between 10 to 15 minutes to be answered by employees online, suggesting its census-type application, that is, to all employees.
